This page cannot be completed by guessing. Every field below is a fact about a registered company, and inventing any of them would be worse than leaving them blank. structure.md §2 records that the phase-1 French SAS is the contracting entity; until it is incorporated and its details are issued, the brackets stay.

For a site directed at French consumers this page is mandatory, and it is one of the first things a regulator or a payment provider looks for.

What this site is

Suradeed operates a platform through which independent, licensed Thai law firms carry out property due diligence, under one standardised verification protocol, for a fixed price agreed in advance.

Suradeed is not a law firm, does not practise law and gives no legal advice. Every legal finding is produced and signed by the licensed Thai law firm engaged on the dossier, which is responsible for it. That boundary is the subject of terms.md §2 and structure.md §1.

Professional regulation

[To be completed: whether the publisher itself is subject to any professional title or supervisory body, and if not, an explicit statement to that effect. `terms.md` §20.1 must be settled first — it decides whether there is anything to declare here at all.]

Professional indemnity insurance

Dispute resolution

[To be completed: the consumer mediator the publisher is registered with. A French trader selling to consumers must name one, and it cannot be left out once trading begins. Registration with a mediator is a paid subscription, so this is a decision as well as a formality.]

Do not add a link to the European ODR platform: it closed permanently on 20 July 2025, and Regulation (EU) 524/2013 was repealed with it. Boilerplate copied from an older set of terms still carries that link, and pointing a consumer at a dead dispute channel is worse than pointing at none.

Intellectual property

The verification protocol, the site, its texts and its interfaces belong to the publisher. A certificate delivered to a client is theirs to use within the limits set by the terms of service.
