Suradeed operates a platform through which independent, licensed Thai law firms carry out property due diligence, under one standardised verification protocol, for a fixed price agreed in advance.
Suradeed is not a law firm, does not practise law and gives no legal advice. Every legal finding is produced and signed by the licensed Thai law firm engaged on the dossier, which is responsible for it and is regulated by its own professional body in Thailand.

Raise anything about the platform, the coordination or the delivery with Suradeed at the contact address above. A complaint about the legal work concerns the partner firm and its professional body; we will identify the firm, provide your file, and support you in raising it.
Intellectual property#
The verification protocol, the site, its texts and its interfaces belong to the publisher. A certificate delivered to a client is theirs to use within the limits set by the terms of service.
